1. Scope of Refund Policy

This policy applies to the following services:

• Digital marketing retainers (monthly services)
• Advertising campaign management
• SEO and content creation packages
• Landing page or website design & development
• One-time consultation or digital strategy sessions

2. Refunds for Monthly Services (Retainers)

Monthly services such as social media management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc. are billed upfront.

• Full refund: Request must be made within 24 hours of payment and before any work has begun.
• Partial refund (up to 50%): If cancellation is requested within 3 days of payment and partial work has started.
• No refund: Once the campaign or monthly deliverables have been executed or scheduled.

3. Refunds for Project-Based Services

Applies to one-time deliverables like websites, landing pages, automation setup, or funnel design.

• Before work begins: 75% refund available within 3 days of payment.
• After work begins (design stage): Up to 25% refund depending on progress.
• After final approval or deployment: No refund will be issued.

4. Consultation or Strategy Services

All payments made for strategic sessions, one-on-one consultations, or custom audits are non-refundable once the service or document is delivered.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to hello@empirezip.shop with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name/Project]

Include the following:

• Name
• Payment reference or invoice number
• Service/package purchased
• Reason for the refund

We will review your request within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us before initiating any external complaint. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and quickly.
